Bulk Solids Handling
Our Institute, as a famous integrator of transportation and handling logistics systems, is the pioneer of China's bulk material delivery technology, who developed the first vibrating conveyor in China in the 1960's, the first bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer in the 1970s, completing the design of belt conveyor series, and in the 1990s, carried out the engineering design and contracting of systems like the harbor handling of bulk and open pit mining and transportation.

We have integrated the R&D, manufacturing, installation and construction of various logistics system engineering concerning transportation and handling. Our Institute contract various types of "turnkey project" in respects of logistics system engineering and the corresponding computer control and computer management system: materials transportation and handling system at port mine yard, integrated stock yard system, pipe belt conveyor series, palletizing system for filling, weighing and packaging bulk materials, and ribbon conveyor system with suspended cable and belt of corrugated sidewall.
Our Institute have actively cooperated with well-known engineering companies at home and abroad to the successful implemented a number of well-known projects involving the material handling equipment of Lion Group, Malaysia, the ribbon conveyor of Xiaoyushulin Mine of Tangshan Jidong Cement, the ribbon conveyor and the overhead travelling stacker of the Vietnam North Nitrogen project, the even mixing stacker-reclaimer of Rizhao Steel, the belt conveyor system of San Buenaventura Sugar, Bolivia, etc. We have provided quality logistics system engineering, products and services for several key national construction projects and a dozen of countries and districts in the world.
